H&T Presspart Blackburn is located in the North West of England, with excellent links to the motorway and train network, as well as being one hour from Manchester Airport.

H&T Presspart has been manufacturing deep-drawn components in Blackburn, Lancashire since 1970. The area is famous for its engineering and manufacturing heritage, making it a perfect location for our manufacturing site.


Situated in the southern parts of Lancashire, Blackburn is historically an industrial town just north of the West Pennine Moors and at the southern edge of the Ribble Valley, with a number of Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) right on the doorstep. The area has a vibrant community with great locations for food, shopping and entertainment.

Blackburn also offers great transport links and a comprehensive range of public transport which can be used to visit neighbouring cities such as Preston and Manchester. The M65 links Blackburn to the national motorway network, connecting to junction 9 of the M61 and junction 29 of the M6.  Blackburn is only 45 minutes away from Manchester International Airport with daily flights to a whole host of locations in Europe, the USA and further.

Blackburn is also the home of Blackburn Rovers Football Club which currently competes in the Championship, the second tier of the English football league system. The club was established in 1875, becoming a founding member of The Football League in 1888.
