H&T Presspart are extremely pleased to reveal that in our annual customer satisfaction survey which was conducted earlier this year, we achieved an average satisfaction score of 8.64 out of 10.

As a large manufacturer of respiratory drug delivery components, we understand the critical importance of precision and reliability in our work when it comes to people’s quality of life. Achieving this result is a true testament to the work our colleagues across the business do to ensure we continue to support our customers and deliver a world class service.

Covid-19 has strengthened our customer relationships as we have met extremely high demand at very short notice in unprecedented and challenging circumstances. Ensuring critical supply throughout the pandemic has highlighted our resilience and flexibility in meeting our customer’s needs and the responsibility we are proud to have as global leaders.

The customer satisfaction survey feedback, both positive and negative, will be reviewed by the H&T Presspart commercial and site management team and help us continually improve the service we offer to our customers.
