H&T Presspart are proud to announce that in the latest round of our customer satisfaction survey, we achieved an average satisfaction score of 8.9 out of 10.

As our highest score to date, we are extremely pleased of this result especially after what has been an unprecedented 18 months during the covid-19 pandemic. We believe even in these tough times, the experience of the pandemic has strengthened our customer relationships as we have had to adapt to different ways of working whilst meeting extremely high demands at very short notice.

As a large manufacturer of respiratory drug delivery components and medical devices, we understand the critical importance of precision and reliability in our work when it comes to people’s quality of life. Ensuring critical supply throughout the pandemic has highlighted our resilience and flexibility in meeting our customer’s needs and the responsibility we are proud to have as global leaders.

As 2021 draws to a close and we look forward to the prospect of 2022, we will use all the feedback gathered in our survey to continually improve our service provided to our customers as well as the critical goods we supply.
